Booking

A £75 deposit per weeks booking is all that is required to secure your holiday.

Please check the weekly prices page to make sure the dates you require are available as bookings that have been taken are updated as soon as we receive them

 

Payment options

You can either pay the full amount now or just the £75 deposit and the remaining balance upto 4 weeks before your start date. You can also pay the remaining balance either in full or by installments. Full payment must be received no later than 4 weeks before your start date (5 weeks if making payment by cheque) otherwise the booking will be considered as cancelled.

We prefer payment through paypal though we also accept cheques or postal orders.

PayPal is the safest & securest method of sending a payment. If you don't have a PayPal account they are simple to setup...you can do this at www.PayPal.com

Please bear in mind that cheques (made out to Jennifer Hemsworth) take 5 working  days to clear in our account so we will need to receive it 5 weeks before your start date.

If your start date is less than 4 weeks away we will require full payment immediately.

Dont forget the full amount includes the £75 refundable damage deposit. 

The damage deposit is returned to you either through paypal or posted out via cheque/postal order once the caravan has been checked. Dont worry...we wont charge for non existant breakages. This is so that we have proof that its been paid back to you & also because its not possible to check the caravan properly on the morning you are leaving.

Cancellations

The deposit is non refundable to cancelations.

CARAVAN/CHALET BOOKING FORM

Please complete this form & post it to us with your deposit of £75 per caravan/chalet per week

 

Cheques should be made payable to Jennifer Hemsworth. Postal orders are accepted.  Cash should be sent by registered post.

 

The  deposit is non refundable to cancellations.

 

Provisional bookings will be held for 1 week to allow time for your completed form & deposit to reach us.

 

Bookings are from 2pm on your day of arrival to 10am on your departure day (unless by prior arrangement).
